Love can be found in the most unexpected places.

For me, it was in the kitchen.

This blog will explore how I fell head over heels for cooking and all that comes with it - from the smells of fresh ingredients in the restaurant to the satisfaction of a delicious meal shared with friends and family.

Here I will show you a few of my favorite recipes.

About me

Hello my name is Andonia-Filumena Tsarvenkova!

I'm 20 years old, from Bulgaria, and currently a second-year culinary arts student.

I still remember the first time I stepped into a kitchen.

It was like taking my first bite into a world of deliciousness and creativity. I was instantly in love with the smell of spices and herbs, the sound of sizzling oil, and the sight of colorful vegetables!

Since I was a child, cooking has been my passion.

Every dish is an opportunity to play with flavors and create something new.

I love experimenting with different ingredients and coming up with new recipes.

For me, cooking is all about having discipline and enjoying the process.

Every dish I cook is special to me because it holds memories of good times spent in the kitchen. Whether it’s a simple meal or an elaborate restaurant course, each dish is cooked with

love and attention.

Food is everything we are. It's an extension of nationalist feeling, ethnic feeling, your personal history, your province, your region, your tribe, your grandma. It's inseparable from those from the get-go.”
